What Your Dreams Mean and Why it Matters So Much

Do you remember the last dream you had? Were you being chased, looking for something you’d lost, or frustrated with a door that wouldn’t open?

Was a lost loved one in your dream and did they seem as alive as you are today?!

Maybe there were snakes in your dream and you still can’t shake the eerie feelings they left you with.

Each of the types of dreams I listed above (in addition to the countless other dreams we have each night) are more than just dreams: They’re messages.

No, I’m not going to say something like, “If you dream about snakes, you’ll meet someone next week who’ll give you a million dollars.” You may or may not have such luck! But if you DID, it certainly wouldn’t be because of the dream. Your sleeping mind doesn’t really have any more information about what will happen next week than your “awake” mind does. The ancient dream guides that suggest otherwise are delightfully fun to read, but accurate?

Thankfully, no. I’ve had a few dreams that would have surely cursed me if they were accurate.

While ancient dream guides are used for little more than amusement, Dream Analysis is a VERY worthwhile and helpful study. A modern dreamologist who is on top of his or her dream study can be incredibly helpful to you.

We all want to get the best that life has for us and we know that the only way to do that is to get the best out of ourselves. Having your dreams analyzed by a dreamologist is a simple, enjoyable, and fascinating tool to use to help make these things happen.

Remember, above, when I said, “Your sleeping mind doesn’t really have any more information about what will happen next week than your ‘awake’ mind does.”? Well, that’s completely true, HOWEVER, the sleeping, or unconscious, mind is more in tune with what’s going on in the present and the past. It’s uncluttered or distracted by its environment – so it can completely delve into its emotions, thoughts, and issues. And that’s exactly what it does – it dives right in.

However, for the individual who isn’t familiar with dream symbols or the other particulars of dreams, the importance of the dreams will be lost forever! That’s why it’s so important to find someone who speaks the language of dreams and can help you to get to the bottom of your own dreams and their meanings.

If your subconscious mind senses trouble (or at least the potential for trouble) in a particular area of your life, it will often use dreams to communicate the potential problem.

Dreams can also alert you when your emotions are getting the best of you.

Always pay close attention to your dreams and use our dream dictionary to help you find out what your dreams mean. You may be missing something very important!
